Throughout my exhaustive research of ALPHA LIPOIC and trying to determine if it could help reverse my Courtney’s hepatitis as I had been told by many. I feel that cross referencing independent scientists and their research gave more credibility to Dr. Berkson’s protocol. I just didn’t trust too many people, and especially with my 12-year-old daughter’s life. While the internet won’t always direct you to EXACTLY the research you will need, here’s more independent research that validates how ALA (or LA) raises the glutathione in the body and helps the liver, heart and body. In CURING COURTNEY: Doctors Couldn’t Save Her… I refer to Dr. Burt Berkson as one of the most important doctors who I found who has a SUCCESSFUL protocol to reverse Autoimmune Hepatitis (which Courtney had), Diabetes, M.S., COPD, Lupus, and some cancers. Most of his success is attributed to his decade long work with ALPHA LIPOIC ACID as well as LOW DOSE NALTREXONE. Even though I did my homework in 2007, it seems Dr. Joseph Mercola (often seen on DR. OZ) found Berkson’s research in 2009 and did an interview with him on his work with Alpha Lipoic. So, you see, I found him before the Famed Dr. Mercola!!! HA! This just validates the multiple benefits of Alpha Lipoic that you can’t turn away from. I have my whole family on ALA and Vit-B complex. Or at least the kids who will listen to me! (If you have college students or teens, you know what I mean!)
